Public Offer Agreement

Company: HEro, Digital Marketing & Education Services
This is a public offer by HEro to provide access to digital marketing services and online education under the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Upon payment, the User receives:

• Access to selected digital marketing services and/or courses
• Support and mentorship where included

2. User Obligations
The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate personal and payment details
• Use the content for personal or professional use only
• Not share, resell, or publish protected content

3. Payment

• “Growth Plan”: billed monthly (€490)
• “START” and “PRO” courses: one-time payments (€75 / €160)
• All fees are final unless otherwise noted

4. Delivery & Refund

• Course access is granted immediately after payment
• Refunds are available within 7 days only if less than 20% of the content is accessed

5. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of HEro. Unauthorized use will result in termination of access and legal action if necessary.
6. Acceptance
By submitting payment on our website, the User confirms agreement with this offer.
